Frequently Asked Questions
Each case is different so we really need to talk to you and get specifics. We usually work from a retainer. The retainer will be determined by the scope of work. Typically it ranges between 1000 – 1500. We work off it at $65 per hour.
Will I need to sign a contract?
We do have an agreement that explains the retainer amount, the price per hour and the minimum hours worked per surveillance.
If you decide to end surveillance at anytime the remainder of the retainer will be refunded.
We guarantee if the person we are surveying gives us activity we will capture it. However we cannot guarantee the person will actually do anything while they are being watched. We rely on your best opinion of when the person will be most active.
Will you keep my case private?
100% – Only the investigators and office staff will know.
What is the main reason infidelity investigations fail?
The person that hired the investigator confronts the cheater of lies discovered by the investigator before the investigation is over. So our biggest advice is don’t ask your partner about where they are going or when they will be back. Mums the word.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Cash or personal checks.
North Carolina and South Carolina mainly. However if the case originated in NC we travel throughout the US. Travel expenses will apply.
